Our 30-acre facility offers one of the largest indoor arenas on the east coast (100x220' steel with high ceilings), 22 stalls in our newly built/renovated barn on the historic former dairy barn. We are located in the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve in Germantown, Maryland.

Our spacious 110x220' indoor has room for 300+ auditors with the regulation-sized arena set up inside.

We bale our own hay, when possible, and offer acres of fields for hacking and hill work.

Amenitities include custom tack carts, 4 wash stalls, hot water, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Our oversized 12.5' stalls feature heated Nelson waterers, mats and removable yokes for safe socializing. We feature new electric and plumbing in our 10 stalls historic dairy barn and an insulated tack room and bathroom in our new 12-stall wing.

Pan American medalist and World Equestrian Games competitor, Shannon Dueck, visits monthly to teach and train.
